Our classes have been developed through our real-life experience of supporting hundreds of women and their birth partners throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatally.

Your facilitators are Debbie Willis and Helen Fortes, whom together have many years of experience educating and supporting couples prepare for birth and beyond, helping couples feel informed and confident during birth and during those first few weeks with a newborn.
